I know what it feels like to have no answers.
My journey into homeopathy began in one of the most painful moments of my life. While experiencing a miscarriage, I reached for a homeopathic remedy β and within moments, the pain subsided. That experience changed everything. I needed to understand how. I needed to know more. And that curiosity led me here, to The Similia Studio, and to the privilege of helping others find their own path back to health.
Before training as a homeopath, I spent ten years as a primary school teacher. That chapter shaped me in ways I carry into every consultation β a deep capacity to listen, to read between the lines, and to hold space for people from all walks of life. In the classroom I learned that what someone says and what they mean aren't always the same thing. In the consultation room, that skill is everything.

Homeopathy is the second largest system of medicine and has been practised for over 200 years, founded on a simple but profound principle β that the body has an innate intelligence, an ability to restore itself when given the right support.
Rather than targeting isolated symptoms, homeopathy looks at the whole person β your physical health, your emotional world, your life experiences and the moments that have shaped you β to understand why those symptoms are there in the first place.
The remedies used are gentle and natural for all ages, from newborns to the elderly, through pregnancy and beyond. What makes homeopathy different is not just what it uses, but how it listens.
In a world where so many people leave appointments feeling rushed, unheard and handed a prescription that masks the problem rather than addresses it, homeopathy offers something rare β the time, the space and the curiosity to ask why. Because when we find the why, we find the way forward.
