Binding Agreement: By booking a consultation or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Dale Corrigan / The Similia Studio, a homeopathic practitioner based in Melbourne, Australia (ABN: 58 480 543 391). We provide online homeopathic consultations via Zoom and sell homeopathic products through our online store.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or booking services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or are a parent or legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor;

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

You will provide accurate and truthful information during intake and consultation.

3. Online Consultations (Zoom)

3.1 BOOKING

Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system. A booking confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

3.2 TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and a working camera and microphone to participate in Zoom consultations. We are not liable for technical difficulties on your end that prevent or disrupt a session.

3.3 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

48+ hours notice: Full reschedule or credit to your account.

24–48 hours notice: Reschedule available once at no charge; thereafter a rebooking fee applies.

Less than 24 hours / No-show: The full consultation fee is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be offered.

We reserve the right to reschedule a consultation in the event of illness or emergency. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

3.4 CONDUCT

You agree to engage respectfully during consultations. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a client is abusive, threatening, or behaves in a manner that compromises the safety or wellbeing of the practitioner.

3.5 RECORDING

Sessions may not be recorded by the client without express written consent from the practitioner. We may record sessions for our internal clinical notes; you will be notified if this occurs.

4. Online Store — Product Sales

4.1 ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4.2 PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by their local authorities. These costs are not included in our prices and will not be reimbursed by us.

4.3 SHIPPING

We ship domestically within Australia and internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE

It is your responsibility as the international buyer to ensure that the products you order comply with the laws and importation requirements of your country. We are not liable for products seized or refused by customs authorities.

4.5 TGA Compliance — Educational Viewing Requirement

In accordance with requirements under the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), homeopathic preparations — including single remedies, blended remedies, first aid kits, and any other homeopathic products — cannot be sold without the purchaser first viewing the relevant educational material.

By completing a purchase from our online store, you acknowledge and confirm that:

- You have viewed our Homeopathic Essentials educational material prior to placing your order

- You understand the nature of homeopathic preparations and how to use them appropriately;

Your purchase constitutes confirmation of this acknowledgment.

Orders will not be fulfilled where this requirement has not been met. If you have not yet viewed the educational material, please do so before completing your purchase.

5. Payments

We accept payments via [Stripe / PayPal / credit card — update as applicable]. All payment information is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
